Territory of DASH. Part 1. Presentation Dash in Belarus Pre-Proposal

Hello, dear Dash – community, Belarus is on the line. Do you still know little about our country? I admit that in Belarus there are little people who know about Dash.



According to the survey conducted on the territory of the Republic of Belarus only 6-7 percent of people were able to explain what Bitcoin is. That’s clear from the information wave which has risen in recent years. Only 1% knows what cryptocurrency means. And what is Dash, people don’t know at all.

To know everything about this cryptocurrency in Belarus and to apply their knowledge in practice, we have launched a comprehensive project called The Territory of Dash.

1. What is the content of the project The Territory of Dash?
It’s a big project aimed at the implementation of Dash as an alternative payment system. Today in Belarus, a 9.6 million country, there’s a zero level of awareness of this cryptocurrency and, therefore, we have a great deal of scope for action. The whole project covers 2 years and includes 4 stages: educational, informational, advertising and implementation of Dash as an alternative payment system. We started to implement the first two stages: educational and informational, because before people start using Dash they need to know about it and its benefits, learn to use these benefits, and only then start using it.

2. What initially led you to create this project?

Oleg Karimov: "In 2016, when my business partners and I were looking for new innovative options for the development of our business, we decided to invest in cryptocurrencies and their mining. Selecting and analyzing the coins, we have found that Dash is very innovative, and in contrast to Bitcoin it has a clear development plan. Moreover, people do business, and in Dash we see a team of professionals that leads the project in the right direction, without scandals and disputes. These specialists just work and work well – they bribed us with their energy and simplicity. In addition, I discovered a Russian-speaking Dash-community. The man whom we know as Alex_ru held the first meetup in Moscow and I immediately confirmed my participation and went to Moscow for a meeting. I was struck by the atmosphere of friendliness, as guys shared their opinions about the prospects of Dash, told us about their projects. Alex_ru is always open to conversation and he helps with advice, and I’m grateful to him for that. It was there, in Moscow, where I realized that we need to do something useful for Dash."

3. As far as I know, the project The Territory of Dash did not come out of nothing. What have been done earlier?

1. Information portal Rucrypto.com with the first-month audience of 150 unique users per day;

2. Social network: vk.com, facebook.com with the first-month audience of 1,000 users;

3. Permanent interaction with Alex_ru, publication of translations of articles about Dash, which he kindly provides us;

4. Intellectual game “CryptoLoto with Dash” which was attended by 150 people. The game was held in our hometown, and there are plans for its implementation in major cities of Belarus;

5. Support of one of the teams of the Belarusian League of intellectual teams, which during all the tournaments in 2018 will wear branded t-shirts with Dash-logo;

6. We also are the knowledge partner of smart-taler.by and btc-awards.com

7. The greatest achievement of the latest month is the possibility to present Dash on the BTC Awards CIS Award in the field of cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology in nomination «The Coin of the Year» on the 20th of December in Kiev.

4. Why is the budget proposal intended for 3 months and not at any other time?

We called our budget proposal “The Territory of Dash. Part 1” and we ask the community to finance the first stage, as we understand that the main goal of Dash as an alternative payment system is a very ambitious project. It will be correct if Dash-community can observe our project in step by step mode. The community and masternodes owners’ feedback is very important for us. Perhaps they will share their ideas to bring something new to the project. Maybe in the future the experience of implementation of Dash payment system in the whole state will help to extend it to other countries. In any case, we certainly do hope so.

5. What can Dash get in case of cooperation and approval of the budget proposal (3 months)?

1. On the portal Rucrypto.com (7 DASH a month)

- 600 translated articles (including at least 200 about Dash);
- 300 copyright articles (including at least 100 about Dash);
- 6 video tutorials about Dash;
- 12 news reviews about cryptocurrency;
- 6 video reports about the development of the project “The Territory of Dash”;
- The audience of a website + 3000 unique users;
- + 3000 subscribers in social networks;
- +500 subscribers of the Youtube channel

2. Promotional game “Installation of Dash wallets to smartphones” with the aim to install more than 5000 wallets. (3 DASH a month)

3. Attending events, conferences, meet-ups. Presentation of DASH on these events as a speaker and / or partners of the events (5 DASH a month)
13.02. Blockchain and Bitcoin Conference St. Petersburg. (an audience of about 1000 people)
22.03. Blockchain and Bitcoin Conference Tallinn. (an audience of about 700 people)
05.04. Digital Thaw Nizhny Novgorod (an audience of 4,000 people)

4. 6 intellectual games “CryptoLoto with Dash” (Coverage is about 600-800 people) (2 DASH a month)

5. Development and presentation of training program “Studying Dash”. Replication of training materials for Tutors of “Studying Dash” (3 DASH a month)

6. 6 seminars (Dash – the First Digital Cash Payment System on the blockchain in Belarus (Minsk, Vitebsk, Gomel, Brest, Mogilev, Grodno). Learning basic things: What is Dash? How to install a wallet? How to make a payment? (Coverage is about 600 to 1000 people) (4 DASH a month)

7. First Dash office in Eastern Europe (own funds)

8. Deposit-refund on the budget proposal (2 DASH a month)
