pshenmic.dev DFO Funding Proposal December
Updated on 13 Dec 2024
Hey folks!
This is funding proposal for pshenmic.dev DFO functioning for January 2025.
Fortunately, market is quite bullish and our total ask for next month is 665 Dash total,
by the sum of our 3 proposals:
https://www.dashcentral.org/p/pshenmic-dev-dashelectrum-january-2025
https://www.dashcentral.org/p/pshenmic-dev-dfo-january-2025
https://www.dashcentral.org/p/pshenmic-dev-pe-january-2025
Dash price has risen last month, unlocking more resources to put in work.We also
managed to save a little reserve (about 100 Dash on each project) and that makes
us feel more financial stable.
Progress
The things are going pretty well overall, platform explorer is constantly improving,
We are making new designs, backend features and the frontend development is going
pretty quick.
We received few asks on the Electrum wallet from community, and we looked at it together
with one of our developers and what we can do. Dash Electrum is missing Evonodes
registration, and there is one more issue related to message signing in the code, and it took
us a quite bunch of hours to understand what is going on. Hopefully, we learnt the whole
DIP3 protocol together with help of DCG, and was able to spotThe issue. We are testing it in
the develop branch right now.
On DFO website, we are testing JS Dash SDK integration together with Next.js. We wrote a React
hook, that loads the SDK and asyncronously syncs the wallet in the background so that user
wouldn’t wait minutes for finish and let him use the websiteregardless. It’s going to show the progress
of your sync as well (might require someDash SDK modifications).
We also did some research on WalletConnect, we found out that there is a missing infrastructure
(like explorer APIs) and few things in the core library, that must be done to accomplish integration
in any wallet first. We've looked at the Edge wallet as a first implementation, which is both open
sourced (we can test changes), and already has WalletConnect integration on the EVM chains. Joel
connected me with the Edge wallet developers, and I’m in the process of the setting up the
development environment and work flow for this project.

TRON TRX - Justin Sun,
DASH - Mikhail Pshenichnikov!
I think it's time to appoint Mikhail Pshenichnikov as the official face of the DASH community.
He has invested many hours, months, years of his work into the DASH project.
It's time to pull the community out of financial hell!
