Hey folks!

This is funding proposal for pshenmic.dev DFO functioning. Last
budget replenishment finally closed our last shorts we had, and
we're so much happy with it, so we coming back again with a
full force.

Our team is very fast-growing, and devs are constantly delivering
new features, but nevertheless, we are still keep receiving even
more requests from the community for the new projects and
improvements. But it is all being made by the cost of the other
projects or development budget increase.I don't want to make
huge budgeting proposals, because it makes harder to understand
whats is going on, and what exactly is going to budgeted, and the
deliverable outcome.

So we are slightly reorganising our proposal submit approaches in the
DAO by breaking down them into projects. We will have 1core proposal
for the DFO functioning, and the rest will go as a separate proposals.
This will give community even more transparency on the projects, and
ability to vote for them separately.

It should also add more flexibility for the DAO budget planning itself,
because if the project we are building does not not justify the outcome, or
there are more important proposals in the cycle, it is possible to vote down
some specific projects, without impacting the work of the rest projects in
the organisation.

This specific proposal, I am requesting 350 DASH for core pshenmic.dev
DFO functioning.  That is basically a salary for me for all the management
in the organisation and RnD, plus a reserve for infrastructure costs and
unexpected expenses (extra room for devs for  unexpected tasks during
development, estimation and Dash price changes):

  1. pshenmic salary (250 DASH) - management, research, and development
  2. Infrastructure costs (40 DASH) - cloud, servers, domains, and third party subscriptions (JetBrains, Figma, etc.)
  3. Reserve (60 DASH) - extra room for devs

Plans for November - December

I am going to work on SDKs, platform-cli, and Frontend Integrations
of the Dash Platform in the Web.

There are still a lot of open gaps in libraries, that blocks developersfrom
building actually valuable Dash DApps in the browsers. Regular users
should have a seamless way to authenticate with theirs identities and
utilize all of the possible Dash Platform protocol features.

Our next project (pshenmic.dev DFO website) will act as a playground for
testing frontend integrations and finding best possible ways to interact
with platform in the Web. The website is going to look like a social network,
between developers, and users and leverage all Dash Platform protocol
capabilities, such as submitting, editing and purchasing of the documents.

Developers is going to submit their claims on the same platform, and users
could see all latest updates, projects, tasks done by devs, budget, ability to
comment all that, upvote / downvote, or even tip somebody. The
authentication will work through "connect wallet" button on the website,
that would authenticate you, as platform identity, on the website which
grants you an access to all website’s features (depending on your role).

Thus, we need a vast research on technologies like WalletConnect for
Dash that would open the possibility to create / sign transactions without
exposing private keys in the browsers environment.

Platform CLI application is another thing I am working on, and it should be
able to make all possible actions in the Dash Platform, like registering identity,
top ups, creating data contracts, creating documents, and transfer / purchase.
That will enable devs and users for more easier platform protocol interaction,
as we don't have a lot of toolsets right now.

There are also more ongoing researches and brainstorming happenning
inside the team regarding next possible projects. There are internal discussions
going on about contributing into official website, better voting applications,
trustless pooled staking.

I will reveal all the info as soon as we get all minimal things together, then I
will submit it as the separate proposals.

Can you explain this vote in favor of your proposal?

Obviously an Ukranian developer of yours, who votes against everything except of your proposal. Someone who does not care at all about Dash's good but only on how to get money from the budget.
