Proposal description
Based on input from MNOS, we have decided to restructure our proposal to comprise a significantly-reduced base ask (100 Dash) while submitting separate proposals for larger, more targeted marketing campaigns. Separate proposals will include campaigns such as our ongoing Cointelegraph DAO report campaign and Brave campaign. This base funding will be used primarily to maintain a strong social media presence, support DCG with translation bounties, website updates etc., and incentivize community contributions such as merchant adoption. Additionally, this will act as a buffer for unforeseen costs related to major campaign proposals including price fluctuations.
Please see our updated Rules document for any changes, including restructuring geared towards more one-off campaign proposals. Major changes include:
-New bounties are now approved only by Director consensus. This means that we will approve bounties more selectively, as well as quicker.
-External parties, such as DCG representatives, can become Admins for the purpose of overseeing work that affects their DFO.
-For bounties that end up receiving their own separate proposals, tasks are only paid out after (and if) their separate proposal is funded.
Please see our previous proposal for this quarter for spending breakdowns etc.

For Dash outreach selecting a specific city and focusing on massive onboarding, ATMs, merchants and ads in that area may also be a good idea.
A Dash city if you will. Once one place is conquered we can move on.
This was how Facebook did it and it's how you can use local network effects to your advantage.
Focus on larger separate proposals for campaigns like the Cointelegraph DAO report campaign and Brave campaign. I will 100% support that!
We deserve to know the true reason why.
DCG has really stepped up their Twitter engagement the last couple of months so the Twitter part is really not as important as it once was. I have also seen a couple of grassroots community style Dash Twitter accounts pop up recently that are getting solid engagement and putting out good content.
That said, I like what you guys are doing there and support continuing that engagement.
Vote no on unnecessary sell pressure. It doesn't matter how small. This isn't a charity.
-What specifically do we do that you DON'T think provides value?
-What specifically do we do that you DO think provides value?
-Do you think the explicit ad campaigns (Cointelegraph DAO report, Brave Browser, etc.) provide/will provide value?
-If you could direct Hub activities, what do you think we should do to provide the most value?
So the DMH leads to sell pressure, without generating buy pressure. It suppresses the price. It is hurting holders and the rest of the network.
If I directed hub activities everything funded would map to a measurable increase in demand. Claiming that to do so is "literally impossible" shows that this isn't a serious organization.
All we really need is a social star CEO with at least 10million social followers (the more the better), that would likely give us 10,000times your lousy results with a cost of nearly zero.
What a waste your pathetic marketing hub actually is.
LOL, good luck with that.
Do you have the slightest idea, what compensation a CEO of that caliber demands?
So how is that working out so far?
Hard work will only get us to a certain point, but never beyond.
In the time we live, the one single thing that counts way, way more than ANYTHING ELSE is social reach!
And guess what, Musk is not the only one who has an ocean of followers.
Why would we ever again hire a CEO with nearly zero social reach, when we already know the impact he will likely have?
Doing that is nonsense, and everyone who clearly thinks about it, knows its true.
