am Antanas Guoga, also known as "TonyG". I am a successful poker player and a reasonable businessman, who has founded a number of international companies like pokernews.com, tonybet.com and many others. Currently, I am leveraging my position as member of the European Parliament to promote enterpreneurship and improve conditions for business opportunities. As a politician, I am an active participant in the dicussion of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and their worth to society.
Being an avid fan of basketball, I have already provided financial support to the Lithuania's national team back in 2010, and now as a co-owner I am looking to give Lietuvos Rytas Basketball Club a chance to release its full potential.

I am offering DASH to participate in 9 month campaign as a sponsor of Lietuvos Rytas BC to gain publicity and awareness among basketball fans and general public. The trial period would include: 10 EuroCup matches, 18 Lithuanian Basketball Leagua (LKL) matches, plus final matches. 100,000 fans in the home arena, additional 200,000 fans during away matches in European arenas and in Lithuania, up to 50,000 new potential DASH users and introductions.

The ticket sale and all other integration of DASH for this project will be done with help of DASH/Bitcoin payment processor and wallet SpectroCoin who have a local presence in Vilnius. Also SpectroCoin will be willing to provide live support for new potential DASH users on benefits of DASH, how to use it as well as allowing to buy and manage DASH at SpectroCoin.

Guys, I suggest you do a bit more research about the history and the potential of the BC Lietuvos Rytas. This team won various European Championships and can definitely do it again. Top level coach, players and finally, with the support of TonyG - management!

As a European citizen, I want to remind my colleagues in MN, what I think their interest in Dash benefits both parties, since you can make a whole country Lithuania, (country I know) pioneer.
Remember that your Estonian neighbor is already a leader in the blockchain sector and has a great advantage.

What do you mean that the deal is changed to 200 Dash for 9 months? The proposal you submitted is still 500 dash for 3 months and cannot be changed, you would need submit a new proposal, so how is this working?

I think it's important to support links about who you are in your proposal, if I didn't see this comment, I'd still think you are some random business guy.
But as for the proposal, I think it's a good sponsorship! You have all the basics covered, logo representation, person to person interactions, and a way for people to spend Dash! Do you by chance have any clue how you will provide these people a way to buy Dash? Will there be an ATM there?
I think the logos on the arena should be illustrated better, the design isn't really all that great, id like to see the logo center court if possible as well.
Also do you have plans on what the Ads on TV are going to talk about in that short amount of time?

I'm a Lithuanian born myself and even though I was not living there for 13 years, I must agree that I'm well aware of your worldwide influential and charismatic character :)
I believe that supporting Lietuvos Rytas BC is a great idea, which can put DASH at the forefront of one of the most popular sports in Europe. Basketball fans (especially the ones who know nothing about the crypto currencies) should gladly go through the learning curve of DASH adoption just to be able to purchase the tickets at the 25% discount. How can this not bring value to DASH if we are aiming the masses?
On top of it all, I have heard many good things about Tony's philanthropic activities, which gives me trust. Our world needs leaders who do things based on their values, not solely on profits. If DASH is promoted by an influential Euro Parlament member with virtues, that's a rare gem for the community.
My main concern is that there are only 6 days left until the voting deadline and it might not be enough to convince enough of the MN owners. So I would like to encourage Tony G and the whole community to look for other ways of cooperation if this proposal will not pass. Wishing good luck for this round, nevertheless!

How can we know whether or not the Dash signs in your team's arena which will be in front of people who likely know nothing about Dash will be worth about 100k USD/month in increased awareness or adoption of Dash? My concern is that they will see the logos but have no idea what Dash is. Can you address?
How do we know we are being charged a fair rate compared to previous advertisers or advertisers with comparable teams? How does your basketball team rank compared to other teams in Europe?
Your public support of Dash may be just as valuable as the team sponsorship. Could you elaborate on what you will do personally to promote Dash as that could help convince voters of the value proposition. Thank you.

How are you able to execute this sponsorship? Do you have a written agreement with the team management?
I think using your position in government to promote entrepreneurship and DASH will be great for adoption in Europe.
What is the current stance of Lithuania on cryptocurrency?
It seems the season starts Oct. 11. If we fund this for 3 months, that would put the end of the contract at Jan. 11, just before the suggested roadmap launch of DashPay Evolution Wallet Livenet Release (February 2018). This could generate a lot of interest in DASH.

Also the price seems very high $300,000+ (over 3 months) and I'm hesitant to fund any less-than-trustworthy-seeming people to promote DASH. But overall, I agree with djcrypt0's comments here - using TonyG's position to promote DASH might be worth it, but is that included in this proposal?

I suggest you do some interviews perhaps with Dash Force or Cash Alternative TV, like the airplane sponsorship guy (Scott Farnsworth) did. That gave the community a good impression of him and I'm sure won him votes.

I can confirm Tony's identity and yes - this idea is real !
I had multiple telephone and online conversations with him about this proposal idea and tried to advice as much as possible
tony has great connections not only in Lithuania but in Europe in general (Parlament and the likes)
there are many ideas and plans coming from his side , we agreed to start this 'slow' hence the team /stadium/....
if this works and is approved there are many more opportunities from his direction to take this much further.
I believe (me personal obviously) that this is a great Proof of Concept for Dash to shine and proof that we can be that payment system and show in ticket sales and the likes that it works for everybody (we timed this with the CopayWallet release - so Dash will be accessible easy across all platforms) and can be used in real world payments (not only online)
