looks interesting. not exactly sure how it would all work and it seems expensive but very creative none the less.
it may be too early for something like this but i really like the idea. i think we would need a lot more users and a higher market cap of at least 200-300 million (a billion would be best) to justify the expense and get the results you want, but who knows.
you need to put some hards numbers down like the percentage of funds to the mn network and DU and overall revenue goals etc.

Could you explain who you are? What your skills are? 700 Dash is a lot of funds.
Looks like you just want to give it away with a few contests. What is the benefit? Driving traffic to your site? How does that translate to more Dash users? More Dash merchants? More Dash investors?
