Dash Caracas was the first Dash Community in Venezuela, and since its foundation the Dash phenomenon in our country has been huge and without precedents. That is why we founded Dash Venezuela, an organization that works without a rest to make of Venezuela the 1st Dash Nation, helping all of the leaders of Dash Communities and projects in Venezuela to work in a collaborative environment, and making of Dash the most popular cryptocurrency in Venezuela.

It will take place on saturday September 29th in Centro Cultural Chacao, with the participation of Ernesto Contreras - Dash Core’s Bussiness Developement Regional Manager of the Latin America.

2) TRAININGS FOR ENTREPRENEURS + MERCHANTS + COMPANIES + JOURNALISTS + COMMUNITY LEADERS (150 people a month Aprox.) - 40 USD PER PERSON:
We aim to teach every Venezuelan What is blockchain technology? What are cryptocurrencies? What is Dash - Digital Cash? And how to adopt it as payment or donation method?
We do it by making weekly training sessions for entrepreneurs, merchants, companies, journalists and community leaders for free. We download about 150 new wallets every month, besides the ones in the conference.

3) DASH VENEZUELA'S OPERATION EXPENSES:
After 12 months of work, our team has grown considerably, and for our meetings and for the training sessions we organize to the team members and the entrepreneurs, we used to rent different venues for the day. Because of the increased volume of the work, now it is cheaper to rent an entire office for the whole month than the individual rents.

I also have some concerns on the 'executive team' compensation which is astronomical for that country given its current state.
This the 12th such conference and all we got is roughly 2k merchants
Thats 2000/12=166.6 merchants per conference each with a cost of roughly 40k usd.
Costing dash about 250$ per merchant. We could do direct air drops to merchants for 200$ uad in these countries and would end up with more merchants if that is the only metric to adoption

Over 12.5 K enrollees in our database, who did not know about criptomonedas and did not know of the existence of Dash Digital Money have attended our events to meet directly through specialized speakers and great reputation, we have invited. In these, they have received all the details about Dash, its differentiating characteristics and the benefits of its adoption in the economy of our country.
Although not part of our proposal, prior to each event, we conducted training sessions for journalists and producers of numerous media outlets, in order to stimulate their interest, the generation of content and the positioning of Dash Dinero Digital in Venezuela.
We have participated in approximately 90 interviews in national and international media that dedicate valuable time to the exhibition of the Digital Money Dash brand. Many of these programs are highly national, we have had interviews in specialized, digital and mass media.
On the other hand, we have been invited to more than 10 academies and universities to expose Dash Digital Cash and its leadership in the country.
More than 500 entrepreneurs have received training and we have accompanied them in their process of learning and implementing Dash in their stores. It is very important to emphasize that the accompaniment involves training in their premises or companies, the board and its staff, invite them to the inductions, until they feel empowered in the use of Dash, guarantee the information and invite the responsible use of Dash is a pillar of performance of Dash Venezuela.
Every time we invite new entrepreneurs to our conferences we are influencing, through induction, collaterally, an average of 6 to 8 people per entrepreneurship. This does not appear in the proposal in a specific way. It should be noted that for the current proposal we are inviting 80 enterprises with a collateral impact of 480 to 640 people.
So far in 11 conferences we have trained in a true and safe way, in this niche of the economy of the country more than 4K people, who according to their experience and success in the adoption of dash, become multipliers of the use of Dash as alternative.
Nearly 300 of them have participated in Ciudad Dash a practical event where the experience of value exchange is lived using Dash Digital Cash exclusively, this reaffirms the theoretical information with practice.
We have advised and promoted among the Dash community the birth of allied projects, which today are independent and successful, and of great contributions for the DAO.
Each event is an opportunity to gather in a single initiative about 100 merchants that accept Dash, between entrepreneurs and larger scale companies. Much more than in the great festivals of any other part of the world.
We have managed to register up to 4K transactions in a single event.
The greatest achievement of Dash Venezuela is to have a committed team that believes in Dash Digital Cash as a solution to the economic crisis that affects the lives of all Venezuelan citizens. It has been the commitment of this team that, despite not having funds in the last three months, maintained its pace of work and effort to ensure the continuity and quality standards of our conferences.
Dash in Venezuela has achieved great results. We have had unprecedented experiences that go beyond a number of merchant or people who now accept Dash or who go beyond the number of daily transactions and who also represent an achievement the robust training of a large Dash Community in the country, expressed in about 30 interdependent, supportive communities that are generating hope and enthusiasm.
Finally, the proposal of Dash Venezuela is very tight because it is not only a conference of 600 participants, they also include training, preparation of personnel that works in the successful achievement of the same, in the visit and business training, media, cameras businesses, schools, academies and universities, communities in formation, new projects, among other related activities. It is a professional project of massive daily adoption, between events and during events.

We need real results like this now. With the DASH price falling we need projects that deliver results now. The Venezuela projects are providing that for us. We need to put as much of the treasury funds as we can through to these Venezuela projects which are consistently delivering results now. The momentum is building with each new conference and each new Venezuela project.
One of the big benefits of these conferences is that they attract main stream media coverage of DASH which is important for raising the profile of all the other Venezuela projects. They also attract important business leaders. The conferences organized by this team are produced to a very high standard which gives a very good impression to these leaders.
In additions the Venezuela projects form alliances with each other which amplifies the success of each of the other individual projects however they still remain individual projects. They are, in the true sense of the word, promoting DASH in a decentralized way. This is an example for all other projects. To keep keep DASH decentralized we must have decentralized projects like this.
The DASH price has fallen substantially and we now need to focus on the projects that are leading to real results now. Not future promises. We need results now. This is what the Venezuela projects are delivering as can clearly be seen from the discoverdash.com results and not only this the pace is accelerating with time as more people see DASH becoming established.
Regardless of if you think there will be enough funds in the budget we need to vote for the projects we think are the most worthwhile, that are delivering and let the DASH ecosystem work out who will get the funds.
Look at what has been achieved in just one year by this team and ask do you want more of this. The results are nothing short of remarkable.
