Proposal description
[Same Text as Funding Proposal #1]
What does this specific proposal fund?
While the price of Dash has considerably risen our reserves are still very low as they will take multiple months to increase. This has not changed much yet since last month. Two months ago some contributors agreed to temporary pay cuts and some others were working less hours, and some both of these things. As of now those measures have been reversed. I would like to thank everyone that made sacrifices for the project. The primary reason for this proposal is to get DCG in a better financial position as soon as possible.
Why are there two supplementals this month?
Generally for supplementals I took into account which proposals I thought had a chance of passing and which did not. In this cycle I am just quite unsure about many proposals. Hence we decided to make two supplementals to give MNO's greater flexibility in their voting choices.
What's coming up for Evo?
We are releasing 1.8 by the end of the week if testing goes well. It will not include tokens however. Tokens will come in version 2.0 which is now set for the week of the 3rd of February. Version 2.0 has a lot of improvements on top of tokens such as stateful multisig support and count trees. It should also include a way to search for contracts and tokens.
If you have any questions, please direct them to quantumexplorer at dashcentral.
Requested funding is as follows for the January 22nd superblock:

We have also 81 hidden agents, that are hiding either by implementing voting obfuscation methods, or behind CrowdNode.

You vote for DCG, then all the rest masternodes you have they are voting randomly at the rest proposals, so that they cannot be spotted that they belong to a unique individual. Or you vote through Crowdnode, which is not yet investigated by mnowatch.
Thats why we have 99 masternodes that are unidentified, and control 312 votes, enough vote for whatever DCG proposal to pass.
They are ALL members of the network of government agents, that control Dash.
Most of them. Among them, a few stupid, the victims that gave their money to buy a masternode in a network full of agents.
It is very simple, ALL THE AGENTS FIRMLY REFUSE TO PASS A PROOF OF PERSONHOOD ( for example the Encointer project). Because this will reveal them.
The government has A LOT of money, but very few people who obey and want to become traitors.
Thats why the governement will never accept their agents to pass a proof of personhood, such a prospect will drain the government out of agent resources.
Hopefully Sam rings up Agent Smith to confirm what demo claims isn´t exaggerated
