Proposal description
What does this specific proposal fund?
DCG currently has obligations on the order of 3050 Dash and 70k USD per month on average. At a price of 27$ it takes around 5600 Dash per month to not have to dip into our reserves that we recently accumulated. With this proposal we get slightly over that 5600 Dash when combined with our main operations proposal.
What's coming up for Evo?
A poll was made and people wanted a marketplace for tokens, so we increased the scope of tokens which will be more in line with a proper Version 2.0 of Evo. I'm currently estimating that we will release 2.0 around March 7th.

Why you didnt ask the masternodes about it?
Why when you have to take code decisions you ask irrelevant "people" about it?

Dont forget to add the poll option to allow the masternodes to vote the numbers with decimal numbers when voting in the Dash budget, so that my BASE3 system becomes obsolete.
