Hi DASH Community,
I'm Jorge Sáez, a professional with more than five years of experience in the sector, specialized in the development and execution of operational, organizational and marketing strategies that have allowed me to successfully carry out the creation of communities and strategic alliances in emerging markets.
During my career, I have worked as:
Peru offers a great ecosystem for the growth and adoption of DASH, with an active remittance market, and a growing adoption of digital technologies and cryptocurrencies. There are numerous opportunities not only for cryptocurrency education, but also for the creation of a solid payment infrastructure and the integration of DASH into people's daily lives.
I'm currently working in the ecosystem and I see a great opportunity to start operational work with DASH in Peru and its neighboring countries, actively participating in the main crypto events and conferences as well as integrations/alliances with local startups that promote its adoption.

DASH Peru: Pilot event and Community creation
Below is a proposal for 2 months (February and March) to hold a pilot event that will allow DASH to be introduced from the beginning of the year in the Peruvian ecosystem, thus initiating the development of DASH operations in the country both virtually and in person, and allowing the creation of a local community on the main social networks such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Twitter.
The first event will be in February, it will be an Educational and Networking event in Cocktail Night format that will allow the main features and advantages of DASH to be known, its most recent updates, as well as the launch of Evolution Chain.
The event will be a meeting point between businessmen, entrepreneurs, crypto communities and main leaders of the ecosystem.
Peru has an excellent ecosystem in which I am sure there will be excellent receptivity, that is why I would like to present DASH and its main advantages and introduce them to the ecosystem through this pilot event that will start the growth of DASH in Peru.

Activities to be carried out in March (Focus on the Expansion and Consolidation of Dash Peru)
After the successful pilot event in February, my focus will be on consolidating Dash's presence in the local ecosystem and continuing with the education and growth of Dash Peru communities on the various platforms.
1. Strengthening Dash Peru Communities:
The communities created on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Twitter will be monitored to ensure that they not only remain active, but also become a community of engaged users, always based on an educational approach, the resolution of doubts and the promotion of Dash as a payment option. Relevant discussions will be promoted on the recent update of the Dash platform and its positive impact on the ecosystem.
2. Active Participation in Local Events of the ecosystem:
To continue making Dash visible in the Peruvian crypto community, I will be present at one or two of the main crypto community events as a Sponsor. Currently, there are around 3 monthly events organized in which the main crypto communities and projects participate.
3. Post-Event Follow-up:
The first event will be followed up, which will be essential to maintain the momentum. I will implement promotional campaigns on social networks and local platforms, connect with local influencers and digital news outlets, highlighting the experience of the first event, the testimonies of the attendees, and the impact of Dash in Peru.
Once DASH has been introduced into the Peruvian ecosystem, the next step will be to actively participate in the main Blockchain Events and Conferences in the country as well as achieve integration/alliance with the main local startups such as payment Apps in which we can integrate DASH, thus facilitating its adoption.
It will be a great pleasure to be able to contribute to the adoption of DASH in Peru.

During the event:
- Information will be provided about DASH, its features, its latest updates and the launch of Evolution.
- A free drink will be given to all attendees at the event.
- Subsequently, and with the main objective of DASH being Digital Money, I plan to carry out on-chain activities, so that attendees can test the application and check the benefits it offers. During the event, I plan to grant an Airdrop of $5 in DASH to 30 people drawn, who will be able to use their Airdrop to buy another drink and have the experience of buying a good/service paying with DASH.
- A draw of 1 DASH will be held for 2 lucky winners (0.5 DASH each), so they can get to know the Crypto, test its features and make use of it.
- Networking will take place with businessmen, entrepreneurs, and main leaders of communities and projects in the ecosystem.
- The entire event will be recorded in audiovisual material (professional photos and videos).

Event Goals:
- Introduce DASH to the Peruvian Community:
- Provide introductory information about DASH as well as its most relevant Milestones.
- Encourage the Participation of Key Actors and Allied Communities:
- Connect with key players in the blockchain and financial sector with whom various integrations/initiatives can be organized later.
- Create synergies with allied communities, projects and other key actors in the sector.
- Promote Dynamic and Interactive On-chain Activities:
- Encourage the download of the DASH mobile App so that they can receive an Airdrop and thus carry out on-chain activities during the event.
- Creation of the DASH Peru community:
- Create a local DASH community on WhatsApp, as well as the main social networks for DASH Peru such as Twitter and Instagram.
- 48 DASH / 1 DASH @ $43
- Project management: This involves not only the organization and execution of the event, but also the creation and administration of the DASH Peru community, as well as the Instagram and Twitter accounts. The idea is to begin a growth project for DASH in Peru, so all accounts will be managed in a constant and professional manner in search of organic growth.

- Week 1 after payment: Confirm location and date and proceed to reserve the event venue
- Week 2 after payment: Have the merchandise finished.
- Week 3 after payment: Adjust any details if necessary.

I know we've had a rocky past with supporting developing countries. I still think we shouldn't give up on them. Developing countries with often unstable currencies (not sure if this applies to Peru, but generally true) need efficient ways to transact, save and remit much more than Western countries where people are just happy to keep using their USD or EUR bank accounts, credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay. If someone local sees that need from the inside and wants to help establish Dash there, we should give them our support.
We pump tens of thousands of dollars into marketing to Western audiences with very questionable results so far. With all due respect for Joel's work, most of his videos get 200-300 views, barely breaking out of the existing small Dash bubble. He's collecting 415 Dash per month, ~15,000 USD at todays rate. That's not counting his "warchest" of another 200 Dash per month. Rion is asking 300 Dash (10,000 USD) per month for "outreach". That's all nice and good, we have nobody else doing this.
But here is a modest proposal for 49 Dash (1,800 USD) for only two months for a chance to reach a new audience who probably has a much better use for Dash. The PO seems to have a track record and the right experience. There are clear deliverables. Why not support this more and see how it goes? There is a max of 98 Dash at stake. Less than a week worth of Joel's time. Well worth the risk IMO.
